Sounds awesome, i'll post my measly PR's first.Im 65kg bodyweight
    Did a 52.5kg snatch last night ,a 5kg pb
and a 62.5kg power clean and power jerks which is 7kg higher than my previous full clean and jerk PB.
Pb's are still coming easy enough for me

Good idea Dylan. 111 power clean the other week. Did 113 a few mins later but forgot to record. I jumped backwards in your honour.

    Great numbers at that weight.
Is the squat huge compared to bench?
(Or is my squat rubbish compared to my bench)

TBH my bench is just really crap. When i started 7 months ago i could only bench 30kgs.lol. Ive stronger legs then arms obviously. hence why my squat and deadlift are a little more acceptable :)

    Bench -112.5
    Dead lift - 167.5
Squat - 120ish (I have no confidence in squatting, so am reluctant to go heavy)

Cheers! I have short arms :D

Just got confirmation of a severely herniated disc last week, so those numbes may be as good as it gets. Im told my lifting career may have come to an abrupt end only a year after it started :(
