Shipping question?

Hi folks, new here so hope I'm in the right place (apologies if not! If I'm not and someone can redirect me I'd be very grateful),

I've potentially sold something(s) on ebay and need some advice on a couple of things re shipping. The items collectively measures in inches:

    30L x 30W x 24H (approx, that's allowing a little buffer room)

    or

    40L x 30W x 20H (again allowing a little extra room)

    depending how I stack them.

    My questions:

    1. Anyone know where I'd get a decent hard cardoard box to ship these? I've tried vikingdirect and various other such sites online but no luck. Do DHL/Fed Ex/UPS etc supply boxes like this?
    2. Ideally I just want one box even if I find the right size. Most sites seem to deal in multi-packs
    3. I've got to ship to Germany. Would it be cheaper for me to ship to the buyer or the buyer to collect from me or is there any difference?
    4. If I do have to split the items over more than one box, will the courier/shipping company charge more for this?
    5. Anyone any idea on the cheapest shipping co. to Germany? It won't be particularly heavy.

Thanks in advance for your help!
