Screen brightness issue

    Bought this second hand laptop and there is only two brightness adjustments, really low are unbearably bright. Definitely not right at all. On the specs I have Radeon HD. Dont quite know what to do if any has any advice to fix this

    Is there brightness adjustment keys? Usually on the number keys. When you press them do you get a sliding scale display?

    Yes and that works but the problem is there is onlt two brightness levels, very bright or very dim.. Unlike the usual settings

    i think you can change it on the battery.

    click the battery icon on the lower right settings then there is a brightness option there?

    try dragging it (left to right) to whatever brightness you prefer.
