They drive very slow sometimes here in galway city. Very very annoying. They seem to thrive on it. It comes natural to them to dominate. A bunch of Power heads most of them.I've decided not to use the city buses again. Luckily I live in salt hill which is 25 mins walk from town. Its nearly the same by Bus when waiting time is included. I've had enough. Also people looking for a ticket with a 50 Euro note. Of course that would take the driver about a minute to get the change. I have no patience for that kind of activity. Also there are some weird people traveling on the buses.all in all I prefer to walk. Will make me fitter.

Men, it has been well said, think in herds; it will be seen that they go mad in herds, while they only recover their senses slowly, and one by one.

Op, did you know that there is a ranting and raving forum on boards? You should request access as there's loads of posts in it about the joys of public transport.

I find some be services terrible with the way they are routed. I think a lot of it is down to the driver. Some are brilliant and stick to the timetable.

Great decision, OP, I think everyone will be happier for it.
