mink scent

    High lads I was on to a lad from a college bin Galway on here a few year back ad he sent me up some mink scent I'm just wondering if he is still around or is there any one here in college doing a study in on mink that could help me out

    The mink scent is produced from the anal glands beside the rectum. People use this secretion to bait traps especially during mink mating season. It supposed to be better than fish-based traps. If somebody traps mink and has a good idea of the anatomy they would be able to cut out the glands.

    Your spot on that's exactly what I'm after. There was a student who was studding ming and was sending me the scent but vi lost his info I'm trying to get back bin contact with him or some one else in college that can get me some.

    Your vet could show you how to cut the glands out.
