I have an interview with a pharmaceutical company, a question I always stumble on is:

Give me an example when you made a decision with incomplete information, was the decision successful or not, if not what did you learn.

can anyone give me any ideas on how to approach this question, where the incomplete information was not significant to the overall decision

You mightn't have complete information what placed in a situation relating to health and safety. In these cases it's better to err on the side of caution.
