I'm currently on full JSA and my housemate works part time with dockets.
We moved in together with another friend about 2 years ago and were all single at the time. My friend moved away and some months later I started seeing my housemate. I'm not sure where this puts us as we are listed as "Housemates" when we originally changed address over 2 years ago.

Since we are now an item over the last several months I'm kinda worried about changing our status to cohabitating that we'll get penalised because we technically shared a house for 2 years.

Any help would be appreciated.
