Yes I have a place I go but it's a 45 min drive on a good day so I was thinking about a pen. The rabbit are bringing on my pups great. I would say it would be easy enough to do. Just keep out cats and the fox.

A purpose built pen with rabbits inside. There is cover also it's used to train the dog to go into cover and teach stadyness.

I know but I have no good rabbit ground close by. So might give it a go and keep changing the cover inside it.

Will the rabbits not dig out of it? Is it legal to keep wild rabbits in these pens?

yes its legal.you fold the mesh back in the pen from the sides stops them digging out.but if their is any flaw they will get out.climb trees with branches over the edge ect ect.rabbits will let you know very early if the dog will make the grade.Their not harmed either the pens are spit into different stages to catch the dog when he brakes.their released and news put in evey so often.Their alot of work and depending on size expensive to maintain.lucky for me iv wild rabbits that live in bramble so dont have to worry about a pen.but if your serious about getting your dogs to cover rabbits is the way.
