Roast loin of beef suggestions

    Hi all,
    I am doing A roast loin of beef for dinner tomorrow for six people and I'm looking for a decent marinade and cooking advice. All guests like the beef medium but one of them can't eat garlic so that can't feature in the marinade. Any advice links etc on the prep and roasting would be welcomed, apart from the treacle recipe on the BBC last week as I'm don't really find it appealing
