    Hi, I work as an healthcare assistant for the past 5years and i applied for flat rate expenses for 4yrs back. does anyone know how long it would take for me to receive a refund and how much please??....THANKS

    Generally they are factored in and they are quite small. I wouldnt expect much if anything.
