Electric toothbrush

I'm looking at buying an electric toothbrush. I've always used a manual one so this is all new to me. Im looking at this one in Argos:
    http://www.argos.ie/static/Product/partNumber/2416221/Trail/searchtext%3EELECTRIC+TOOTHBRUSH.htm

Its marked down from E80 to 21.69. Its in Boots still for E80 and the reviews are excellent.

Would I have problems getting heads for it or what's the story in that regard?
Are heads universal or are they specific to each toothbrush?
What I'm trying to get at is, am I going to buy this brush and end up not being able to get heads for it making it completely useless?
    It also says:
"Rechargeable: 12 hours for full charge.
3 minutes usage time, based on 2 minutes twice a day"
Does that mean after I charge it for 12 hours I`ll get the grand total of 3 minutes of usage from it?
I hope I'm reading that wrong

I`d be grateful for any suggestions, advice and opinions.
