air tight tape

    hello just wondering do I put on airtight tape around windows and stick to block. Or do I sand and cement first then put on the tape. I can't find any good websites that show the correct procedure. Thanks

    unfortunatelly due to bad building in the inside reveals of the windows the cavity insulation is shown . so I have outerleaf block then 100 mil cavity insulation then inner leaf block . Could I sand and cement onto insulation or just use airtight tape onto it

    A couple of cans of "No more big gaps" might be better as it's insulator you need to prevent a cold bridge.

    Anyone recommend good quality airtight products that I can get online or otherwise at a reasonable cost. Looking for 150mm airtight tape fro around windows, membrane, adhesive and tape for adhering tape to timber and block and joining tape
