Glas eligibility

was talking to an adviser yesterday and was told i am not eligible for glas because i didn't submit a single payment application last year(I am applying to national reserve as a new entrant this year)but i can't see anything about this in the terms and conditions,is this right?

yeah he is right

i am taking over the home place this year and have to wait til the 2nd round in sept to apply and that's with the auld lad submitting a SFP application last year#

in the mean time shop around - big diff in prices
