Website title appearing twice- why?

Hi,
I have a photography website- http://www.photoblog.ie

When I post a link (in Facebook or similar) the title appears twice- why?

It's a Wordpress site, my 'Site Title' (General Settings) is 'Patrick Dinneen Photography'. I have no 'tagline'.
If I search in a browser the result is 'Patrick Dinneen Photography'
My homepage title is 'home', seo title is 'Photoblog.ie: Photography website of Patrick Dinneen'

by ticking 'Force rewrite titles' the homepage link works, shows only once but if I link to a different page th title appears twice (e.g. Win a Print - Patrick Dinneen PhotographyPatrick Dinneen Photography )
WordPress SEO has auto-detected whether it needs to force rewrite the titles for your pages, if you think it's wrong and you know what you're doing, you can change the setting here.

You don't appear to be using og (Open Graph) metas. These give you more control on how your citations display on Social Media.
