New A/C can't add payees

    Hi,

    I have just opened a BOI a/c.

    When I log into my a/c I cannot set up or add payee's, I receive a message saying 'no valid account' or something along those lines. 

    Any idea why this is happening?

    Thanks for your post.

    Did you open a Joint account? There may not be a 'Repay to either' indicator on your account, this allows you to transfer online without the other persons signature. 

    To clarify, please contact Banking 365 on 0818365365 and a colleague will happily look into this for you.
