Port Forwarding on Eircom D1000 Router

Right, so I've been tearing my hair out over this the past few days. I've consulted multiple sources but I cannot find fault with what I am doing.

UPnP is enabled, the router's firewall is set to low, both my computer and antivirus' firewall are disabled and I'm fairly confident that I have set up the port forwarding correctly. I have also made it so WAN to LAN packets are permitted. No matter what I do, a port checking tool tells me that the port is closed and this is confirmed by the fact that I cannot establish a connection to the application which requires the port 52757.

These are my port forwarding settings. Just to be utterly sure, I added both my computer and my router's IP. I've tried multiple combinations for both IPs, including separating the TCP and UDP protocols into different rules, putting them both together and trying them individually, all to no avail.

Can anyone offer some insight as to why I am having this trouble? Thanks in advance guys.

Have you put in a static reservation for the local device that you're forwarding to? (CCTV DVR yeah?)

Apologies, I've amended my previous post to include it.

I just assigned a static IP address to my computer both on the router's webpage and in control panel. No matter what port I try to check, it says it's closed. Be it 80 or 443 or 52757, it simply states "I could not see your service on xx.xx.xx.xx on port (80)
    Reason: Connection timed out"

If the port is forwarded and firewall on the router isnreduced to low, then its most likely that the PCs firewall is blocking the port, or the service in question isn't running at all/correctly. A port scan won't see an opening unless there is a listener to respond.

I turned both my antivirus' firewall and the Windows' firewall off during my test, and I had a program running which was listening to the port 52757. I honestly have no idea what the problem is.
