Hey man post this in here http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2057283475&page=33 how could you miss the official EP thread. About your worries, its fairly relaxed in that sense as long as you don't look like you are 13 years old.

As far as I know they can do spot checks at the gate but it is rare, however you will be checked at any of the bars if you look under 24.
