just found the photo challenges! I used to be a regular entrant to this style of competition many years ago on a now defunct website and will hopefully be an entrant here in the near future. but how do I vote? how do I give my 'thanks', or am I missing something obvious?

Can you see the little thumbs up symbol under my post? That's the 'thanks' button that we use for voting purposes!
