    Does anyone know the name of the song with the lyrics 'I was born a leader I was born a king'. Googled it to no avail

    Just on the off chance (very off chance), I'm going to suggest She's White by Electric Six. It doesn't have that exact line, but it does have "I was born a hunter in your jungle of sin" which has a similar cadence... Who knows, maybe you misheard the lyrics. Plus it's brilliant anyway:
