    Hi all,

We are thinking of buying a certain property in Cork but it needs modernisation in all rooms. Could someone please advise if there is a company/shop etc who would do this? ie. new kitchen, flooring, bathroom etc. All from the one place preferably. Tks so much.

You can get a few tradesman to give you a quote and can pick the best one for you. Usually they can supply the fittings at a discount, or you can supply them yourself and they will fit them. Some of the furniture shops e.g. Ikea keep a list of registered installers who could do it, but they are usually a bit more expensive as far as I know.
