    Hey guys,
just wondering what are your guys past experiences with done deal. What should I be aware of?
Also Im looking to buy a 1.6 hatchback in between 3 and 4 grand... what would you recommend? I've Been looking at a golf, an a3, a corolla, perhaps a focus and otheR models. What would you recommend? It seems there's more value on done deal or should I just spend that bit more with a dealer.
    Thanks for your help.

    Read this guide

At that price you're better of buying privately.

Thanks but which model would be better goin on for reliability or have I overlooked somethin?

Of the ones you've mentioned, the corolla or focus. I'd personally go corolla.
Most are 1.4 rather than 1.6, but the 1.4 is nippy enough.

I've read some bad things about golfs recently so I might be gone off them, what about the A3, I've seen a beaut for 3850 that just passed the nct and has 88 thousand miles, how are they to run and how reliable are they?

An a3 is basically a golf.

Guy, I work with found 3 clocked cars for sale on done deal. All English imports so beware.

Donedeal don't clock cars. Dodgy sellers will use whatever medium is popular with buyers.

Mazda 3 might be a good option. Still has the Japansese reliability but a bit more stylish and solid than a Corolla. Also the Civic not bad either.

Recently was on the lookout for something similar. Corrolla/focus or golf. Ended up getting a 1.6 Lancer. Good buy, nice car and light on fuel. Easy get an 05 one for 3k. Only had one issue with it and it was the a dealer mistake, would recommend.
