A little bit of Googling shows the following sell the brand. They may not have this dress in stock, but they may be able to order it in for you.

Ruby Rouge, Nicola Ross and Serendipity Boutique (and there were lots more).

Alternatively, you could contact the brand itself and see if they can tell you who their Irish stockists are.
