    I am interested in becoming a team leader. I have no experience in it so would like to read up on how to lead a team.

    Can any of you recommend me some good books on the topic?

    I'm not sure it would be something you could learn online.

    Talk to your current lead see if there are opportunities to be an acting team lead when they are off and research soft skills around communicating, delegating, and managing conflict
