Another bill, still waiting on credit to be applied

    Hello,

    I had previously been having issues with my billing, and got a call last week being promised a credit amount of €67.50 to be applied to my account.

    Today I got my new bill, and I was only credited €30.00.

    Can someone tell me why the full amount has not been credited to me?
