hi, I'm doing this course (HC in Mechanical Engineering) and i done OL Maths. Im only in first year but so far most of the stuff we're doing in Maths is the same as in the Leaving Cert. Its not overly difficult. However there is a lot of Physics in the course in the 'Mechanics' subject. I hope this helps

    Hi Ciaran,

I done ordinary level maths and am a graduate of that course.
I got a B in ordinary and found it tough going, especially in 2nd year, but I got there.
Don't let it put you off, with a bit of work you'll manage it no problem :)

It's a great course too with great lecturers!
