phone crashing on incoming calls

Have a sony xperia T that has lately started crashing a lot of the time on incoming calls. The caller hears the ringing tone then goes to the voice mail but in the mean time the phone has crashed and rebooted with no record of an error or the missed call. Tried a factory reset but no joy. Will try and get a new SIM card…

Tried a factory reset but no joy. Will try and get a new SIM card from operator and see if that helps.
Any other ideas?
