Hi There, My service has been out for over 2 weeks now, and while I logged the fault online it does not show up on my eircom account. I was wondering if someone may be able to check out the status of the repair? Regards, Tony

My service has been out for over 2 weeks now, and while I logged the fault online it does not show up on my eircom account. I was wondering if someone may be able to check out the status of the repair?
