I need a cheap architects certificate

    Hi we need to supply an architects cert for minor renovations that were done to our house that we are selling (beam put in as two rooms knocked into one). We need one asap any idea of an inexpensive architect s firm that do this? We were quoted 500+vat. This sale has us broke already could do with getting it cheaper
