    Hi all,
    someone might be able to give me an indicator;
    Inlaws bungalow in Churchtown being sold, would a flat roof kitchen extension built in the early 70's have needed planning, about 3.5x4m.

    it doesnt matter


    they need to pay someone to give a certificate to say it is exempt.
    or apply for permission if not exempt.
