How much money & what do you need it to do? Stock answer here is generally the Sansa Clip+ or Clip Zip (have the latter myself & it's great) but there's plenty of other options out there. The Fiio X1 is supposed to be pretty good for instance. Do you need it to just play mp3s or more features?

Thanks for that, just an mp3 player really. will check the fiio. I would spent 50e on one I reckon. Its mainly for the gym. Also another question, where is the best place to get music? :D

€50 would only be enough for the Sansa players, which are still great.

Plenty of retailers around to sell you music downloads - iTunes, 7digital, Amazon, etc. I've heard there may also be some dishonest people out there who make "pirated" content available, but I'm sure you're not interested in those.
