    Went to look at one today, it looks OK and runs well. It had a set of R38. wheels on the rear. looking at the original brochure for the same tractor when it was new it stated that they come with R34 rear wheels.
    why would their be larger wheels on the tractor I looked at. would it effect the performance of it?

    I know lads put 38,s under 390's probably for height when spraying

    Could have been a factory option.
    Or owner may have fitted wider rears, 600x38 55 profile tyres are the exact same radius as regular16.9x34
    So you can go wider, without messing up the gearing ratio between front and back axles
