Bank Holidays / Days off etc / Sick days

I picked up an extra job before Christmas to get some extra cash in and stuck with it. I dont have to be there so i turn a blind eye to alot of what is going on.

When it comes to Bank Holidays i have to come in on Irish Bank Holidays since i work for another country. But i also have to come in on the country that i work for bank holiday also. So i get no bank holidays or extra pay for working those days.

When it comes to holidays, i had another person ask me about legalities as they took holidays and then they where told that they were not being payed for the holidays that they where taken. The company says your not in you dont get payed.

Needless to say, the turn over in staff is huge. Its the worst i have ever seen for an office job. Since Christmas, i have had 3 team leaders :P 3 HR people, at least 1 normal staff a week. If you dont leave, your fired.

Just wanted to hear other peoples views on it.
