Quick question on 'Young Farmer Top Up' Scheme.

    I meet all the criteria for the 'young farmer top up'
    Have my own herd no too,just want to check ' Can I lease a portion of the farm and the entitlements that go with that portion from my dad?'....before the May deadline for entry??
    Thanks for any replies.
    Ps- saw something in Journal about stacking entitlements....that's not what I'm asking about.
