    Had problems with my back a few years ago and wasted a lot of time and money on chiropractors. Was recommended an osteopath which I found much better as he assesses and gives you exercises which will help you longterm. He's in salthill:

    +1 to that. An osteo is always a better bet IMHO.

    Good advice, my problem is to do with my rib cage would there be any better options for this category than an osteopath?
