toilet and sink blocked.

Both blocked in upstairs toilet. Is this something I can handle myself or do I need to get someone in. Have tried with a plunger and poured stuff down the sink but nothing has changed. Is it the main drainage pipe? Afraid to run the bath now too. Lol Any advice appreciated.

If it's blocked try filling the toilet bowl with water and then plunge vigorously for a minute. Failing that have you any cleaning eye's on the outside main drain pipe. You could try unblocking it from there.
