How hard is it to find a house in Dublin to rent?

    I have being living in Dublin for a year now and looking to rent a house. I have looked at seven houses last 3 weeks and the landlords didn't even ring me back. I know there plenty of house online in Dublin but there are some many people are looking them.
    What is your experience is finding a house this year and was it hard to find? Thanks.
