Dole card lost

i had to have my dole suspended cause I'm not living in a regestired address , And i have lost my dole card how do u apply for a new one and how can I get it posted out. ??? I am living in a hostel

I'd imagine you should go to your local office or citizen's advice centre to apply or get the form to apply.

Unless it's changed in the last 4 or so years, you'll have to go to the social and they'll give you a temporary slip to use as your card until the new one arrives to the address you have registered with them. So presumably that'll be the hostel. There was no charge when I lost mine, which I was surprised by.
