Hi Im just wondering if anyone knows any krav maga classes that are available in portlaoise or surronding areas. Would it be suitable for someone that is overweight and looking to get back in shape ? Thanks.

They do it in a place called max fitness in Portlaoise town and United Krav maga organise classes in portlaoise parish centre some evenings
