I'm starting a course soon and on JSA, what will happen?

It is a full time course. It is four days a week and I met the instructor at one of those events where the welfare requests you attend by letter. Since I'm on JSA and over the age of 25, what will happen to my money now? Will I still collect it from the post office or will I get it some other way?
