Polyfilla for cylinder head

    This cylinder head thankfully doesn't belong to me but can much be done to fill in some of the holes as they are fairly close to the cylinder? There are a couple of more patches like this but I think that one is closest to the cylinder

    I would think that head is scrap. If it is aluminium, you could try welding it but it won't last.

    Polyfilla and cylinder heads are not good bedfellows. Have a word with Murphy Overhauls about it, they do a lot of in-depth engine work, heads and so forth:
