Applying for Schengen visa without re-entry visa

Hi all, We have just realised that my non-EU wife does not have a re-entry visa. We have an appointment at the Belgian embassy on Monday to apply for a holiday visa to visit the country. We live in Ireland and I am Irish. My question is will they process it without the reentry visa? We can get the re-entry visa later…

Hi all,

We have just realised that my non-EU wife does not have a re-entry visa. We have an appointment at the Belgian embassy on Monday to apply for a holiday visa to visit the country. We live in Ireland and I am Irish. My question is will they process it without the reentry visa? We can get the re-entry visa later before we travel but will they accept that?

I know we can queue early on Monday at INIS but it will be tight as our appointment with the embassy is also early.
