Determination Order PRTB

    We recently had a determination order issued in our favour.
    The landlord has failed to comply.

    We can wait for the PRTB to seek enforcement but this could take in excess of a year.

    We can seek enforcement thru circuit court ourselves which should be quicker.

    Questions are, do we need a solicitor to do this, how much will it cost. We are out of pocket a fair bit already so don't want to be throwing good money after bad.

    We are still waiting for PRTB to help enforce order. Can anyone help with my questions. I would prefer if things could move quicker

    The PRTB are a joke.

    They wont enforce the Order. They will seek judgment and then give you the judgment to enforce yourself.
