Mobile Catering

    Hi, I am looking to start a Mobile catering business, I currently work full time so this would be a potentially another source of income.

    Does anyone know how you apply for a licence to place a catering unit in a specific area? I assume you go to your local county council, also does anyone know if the same laws apply to a catering van as do to a catering trailer?

    Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.
