Small business loan

Hi guys. I need a small business loan.

Then thing is, I'm not in Ireland, I've been living in Asia for 5 years.

I earn a good living online, in the export business.

I'm in need of a small amount of capital, around 2,000 Euro. I would pay this back over 2 - 3 months.

I have a personal bank account with PTSB and a joint mortgage with BOI.

I can provide proof of earnings.

I just need this cash to cover some shipping costs right now.

I was looking at payday loans, but I don't think they're available in Ireland, just the UK.

    Do I have any options?

Could I even get a credit card?

    Cheers

Pay day lenders should only be used as a last resort in very short term situations. A credit card would probably be the easiest option for that amount.

I was looking at them, but the application for required a US address and social security number.

What about asking PTSB for a temporary overdraft?

I already have a 2K overdraft with them, which I'll be calling into action.

Ask for an extension to the current overdraft facility, even temporarily.

    Something radically wrong here.

    It doesn't make sense OP.

You want a loan for 2K and you have an apparently good business. Companies would be throwing credit cards at you with 2K limits. Very easy to get one or multiple from many different companies. But Im thinking you have one of those already and its maxed out!!

€2k is not a whole lot of money, can you not ask your nearest & dearest for a lend?

Payday loans in Ireland max €500 and you'd probably have to have a payday job here to get one.
