Chest and ribs deformed

Right, so the left side of my chest is smaller than the right, also at the gladiolus area, my left side is a lot smaller than the right, i'm not sure whether that is due to bone or cartilage or muscle. Also one of my left ribs sticks out, all of this is (i presume) due to me twisting my head to the left while i sat on the couch to watch the tv (for quite a while), since i doubt this is a birth defect is it possible stretching exercises would help reduce the difference? What type of doctor would you visit for this type of problem?

This is the sort of thread I can see the mods closing pretty quickly. My advice to you is to go to your GP first.

I will but does anyone know what's the name of a doctor who deals with bone/cartilage/muscle deformities or similar?

You need to go to your gp for a referral so they will answer those questions. Iirc it also came up on an episode of Embarrassing Bodies on Channel 4 so it might be worth looking up their website

You can't cause a chest deformity by turning your head. See your GP.

As many posters have already rightly pointed out, medical advice is not permitted on Boards.

    Start by visiting your GP.
