Just wondering if anyone can help me on this issue,

I currently use Goodbody's for trading, but today i went to buy a stock (BZM) which is on AIM, and realised that it's not listed on the online platform,

It seems to only provide me with access to the top 180 companies in the uk (STOXX UK 180) to trade - is this the same for the likes of Davy's etc, or are there ways to trade any of the other companies?

Ring Goodbodys would be the best approach.

With Davys, there are some shares not listed on their platform but you can trade them if you ring up, so ring Goodbodys and they will be able to assist you.
