    Hi lads just wondering if u could tell me a vintage baler that would go on a ted20
    I know it's a bit stupid but sure I may try it anyway

    If you have flat land, something like a New Holland 68, if you can find a good one. Or even a 268. Or a Massey Ferguson 15.
    A Dexta or 35 will fly any of these, a 20 might manage. At least you will be easy on shear bolts and feeder fingers .....
    Old International's, Jones, Allis Chalmers etc, are an acquired taste, and parts much rarer.

    My father ran a MF 703 on a diesel 20 no problem. The only issue is starting off because of the single clutch but there are ways to minimise this problem. We still have a Jones MK10 and a 20 would also work it.

    Make sure you get an overrunning clutch on the drive shaft. The inertia of the flywheel on the non live drive set up on these tractors will make it very difficult to stop the tractor if you need to.

    A lot of MF balers lying up in sheds had the gearbox that drives the packers scavenged to use in building saw benches.......
