    Hi,

trying to do up a room at present. Have a fireplace that cannot be used for open fire or stove - as stove in use on other side of wall. Had considered an electric insert and have had extra sockets added near fireplace to allow for this. As fireplace itself is nothing special and has broken tiles etc. think I should prob get rid of. Would welcome any opinions on whether a new electric fire suite or a wall hung electric fire would be a better option. Am thinking a suite of similar size might eliminate need to plaster wall and prob best option. Guessing prob should done this before laminate floor went down but maybe that not such a big thing :o
