Australia 2wks holiday visa?

    Hi quick question,

    Do I need a holiday visa for Australia when I'm there for just two weeks? I was under the impression it wasn't necessary but nervous now I may be wrong as I plan on going at the end of April.

    Do I need an electronic travel authority visa? If so the best and fastest way of obtaining one.

    Thanks in advance, kicking myself over this as I'm usually OCD on every holiday detail

    Assuming that you have an Irish Passport you need an e-Visa which is free and applied for on line. See here.....

    Yes, you need that Visa. I got caught on that last year when they would not let me board the plane in Kuala Lumpur.
    My visa arrived in about 24 hours but the wife's visa took almost a week.
