Hi alan do you have the Cyma CM031D pot metal and plastic or the CM040B steel and plastic model? If you don't have the box you can test with a magnet. The steel gearbox can sometimes give a false positive so if you do test make sure all the receiver body is magnetic not just the bit with the gearbox behind it ;) How was it downgraded? Any drilled cylinder/nozzle? Is that 290 fps with hop on or off? Where did you buy it? are you the first owner? What is your location? Cheers in advance.

Cyma CM031D. Steel body. Only part on those that is pot metal is the ( pardon my spelling ) the drungen, ( the bit where the rear sight is ) and the front sight. Everything else is steel bar the charging handle. That is aluminum. First and only owner. NO drilled cylinder, air nozzle, cut spring ect. Currently has a full length M85 spring 290 fps with hop-up off. Bought from blackscount airsoft.

    I am based in waterford.
